Applications for our MicroGrants 2026/7 are now open

Applications for our 2026/27 MicroGrants are now open

Have an idea, opportunity or next step that could move your career or business forward? We’d love to help make it happen.

The LDE London MicroGrant Programme supports women building careers and businesses across food, beverage, hospitality and related industries.

This year, we’re awarding up to five grants of up to £1,500, with the option of tailored mentoring from experienced LDE London members.

Your grant could help fund equipment, specialist training, professional development, conference attendance, marketing or the next stage of your business. And if what you need doesn’t fit neatly into one of those boxes, we still want to hear from you.

What matters is where you want to go next, and how a MicroGrant could help you get there.

Who can apply?

You don’t need to have everything figured out. What we’re looking for is a clear sense of the next step you’d like to take and how this funding could help you take it.

You can apply if you are a woman aged 18 or over, based in the UK, and studying, working or building a business in food, beverage, hospitality or a closely related field. You should be able to explain the next step you want to take and how a grant would help you achieve it.

Current LDE London members are not eligible. If you have applied in a previous year, you are welcome to apply again.

More than a grant

Alongside funding, successful applicants can choose to receive up to two hours of tailored mentoring from LDE London members, drawing on the experience and expertise of women working across food, drink and hospitality.

We’ll match you with someone whose experience is relevant to where you are now and, importantly, where you want to go next.
