Joining Les Dames d’Escoffier International means becoming part of a global community of nearly 3,000 women leaders across more than 40 chapters worldwide. Our members are united by a shared commitment to excellence, generosity and the advancement of women throughout our industries.

Please kindly note: A prospective LDEI member is an accomplished professional woman with at least five years in a dedicated leadership role within the food, beverage or hospitality industry. Demonstrating a strong commitment to mentorship and community engagement, with a proven ability to make meaningful contributions that elevate the profession and empower those around them.
Membership runs from 1 August and a full year's subscription is £150.  Pro-rata fees apply for new members joining at any time throughout the year.

  • Les Dames d’Escoffier London (LDE London) is a dynamic community of women shaping the future of food, drink and hospitality.

    We’re part of Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI),  a global network of nearly 3,000 members across more than 40 chapters. Together, we champion women through mentorship, scholarships, events and meaningful connection.

  • We welcome women across food, drink, hospitality, farming, food writing, education and related sectors who are making a real impact.

    Most members have at least five years’ professional experience and share a commitment to supporting others and advancing the industry.

    Our community includes chefs, producers, entrepreneurs, food writers, educators, campaigners, and leaders - women who lift each other up.

    This is also a deeply social network. Dames form lasting friendships, collaborate and come together through inspiring events and shared experiences.

  • Not at all. While we were founded in London, our members are based across the UK, including Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

    We host in-person and online events, so wherever you are, you can be part of the network and the impact.
