Hosted at by Dame Alison Price Becker (New York Chapter) at the beautiful Domaine Majou, this intimate experience invites Les Dames d'Escoffier members and guests to slow down and discover southern France through village markets, historic towns, local producers, vineyards and memorable meals shared around the table.
Explore some of the region’s best-loved markets, including Mirepoix, Esperaza and Bram, alongside beautiful historic destinations including Carcassonne, Alet-les-Bains and Lagrasse.

Discover the flavours of Languedoc through vineyard visits, regional wine tastings, Mediterranean seafood, artisan olive oil and vinegar producers, cassoulet country and memorable dinners celebrating the very best local produce.
Highlights include a seafood lunch on the Mediterranean coast, a private wine tasting at Domaine Le Fort and a summer wine fête in the Malepère vineyards with local food, wine and live music.
